International: 5-10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Domestic Shipping (India):

Free shipping is available only for orders under the Golu Scheme.

Other orders will incur based on weight and destination.

International Shipping:

Charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the packing box, not just the actual weight.

Exact shipping costs will be provided during order confirmation based on destination and box size.

5. Packaging
All items, especially Golu dolls and fragile handicrafts, are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can use this to follow the delivery status through our courier partners.

In case of damage or loss, please report within 48 hours of delivery.
