At Arts and Handicrafts, every item is uniquely handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Since our products are custom-made and carefully packed, we follow a strict policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and artisans.
Order Cancellation Policy
* We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.
* All our products are handcrafted or made on order. Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancellable
* Please ensure you review your order carefully before making the payment.
Refund Policy
Replacement Policy – Only for Damaged Dolls
We understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely. While we take utmost care in packaging, if the doll is damaged during transit, we offer a replacement under specific conditions.
To be eligible for a replacement:
1. You must share a clear and continuous unboxing video
* The video should start before opening the outer box
* It must clearly show the entire unpacking process with no cuts or edits
* The damage must be visible in the video
2. The video must be sent to us within 3 working days of delivery via:

3. Once we verify the damage and approve your request, a replacement will be sent for the same product.
- Important Notes
* No replacement will be issued without an unboxing video.
* We do not accept partial returns, used items, or returns without valid proof of damage.
* Customised or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than verified damage during transit.
* If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to send the product back to us for verification before replacement.
